As a sexual assault response coordinator, we are teaching bystander intervention and I wanted to get permission and a copy of the video on bystander watching the billboard. Would you be able to assist me? Thank you.
We’d like to invite you to view new 10 min excerpts of Boys and Men Healing, an empowering documentary about male survivors of child sexual abuse healing and speaking out. Jim Hopper, Founding Board Member of 1in6.org says, the film “Has the Power to Transform”.

I’d be happy to watch the film excerpts and post my reactions about them and information about the film on the website. I’ll try to have it up by Monday. If you know of any other films that may be relevant to our work regarding men, masculinity and anti-violence, please feel free to forward us the information. Thanks!

This is a video,is directly addressing the seriousness of the domestic violence mentioned in the song “love the way you lie” by Eminem and Rhianna. The song, which talks about abuse, and it feeling “good” could potentially have devastating effects on the anit- abuse movement. T…his video depicts the reality of abuse, especially for the young women who may have heard this song. Please feel free to share with the people you love.
It was great to meet so many MAC members during my trip to the University of Iowa. You all are doing amazing work and I wish every campus had a similar group. Thanks for the work you do and for making my visit to campus a great one!
